此前在2024年12月26日，
C114讯 7月22日消息（颜翊）昨日，涉嫌存在违规失信行为，中移建设有限公司在参加项目编号：LNWX2021SGGK414、自2025年07月21日起暂停其参加武警部队范围物资工程服务采购活动资格。中移建设曾因存在“串通投标”违规行为被军采网禁止2年内参加全军物资工程服务采购活动。处理部门为联勤保障部队后勤部采购管理处。具体暂停事由为“违规转包”。军采网发布了《关于对中移建设有限公司暂停处理公告》。
处理部门为武警部队后勤部采购和资产管理局。
经调查，李晶民暂停代理其他供应商参加上述范围军队采购活动。
